In her “wildest dreams,” Taylor Swift apparently eats.
The pop star returned to "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" for the first time in four years Wednesday to promote her new single, "ME!," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Swift’s appearance concluded with a game of “Burning Questions.” She declined to answer the first question, which asked the title of her next single.
But when DeGeneres asked what Swift does in the middle of the night when she can’t sleep, fans learned something new about the singer.
"I go downstairs and rummage through the kitchen and eat whatever I can find, and it's really less like a human being and more like a raccoon in a dumpster," Swift answered. "The next morning we walk downstairs. We're like, 'What happened here?' I don't remember."
DeGeneres asked if the eating helps her sleep, to which Swift replied, “it’s not really voluntary.”
“So you sleep eat? … Sounds like you’ve got an issue.” DeGeneres said.
“Yep,” Swift retorted, prompting laughs from the audience.
Swift also answered questions about her favorite TV shows and expressed regret for putting ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas on blast during an “Ellen” appearance in 2008.
