All little girls are princesses in their parents’ eyes when they’re born, but a California photographer has made the dream come true.

Karen Marie of Belly Beautiful Portraits came up with the idea of dressing the newborns as Ariel, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Belle and Jasmine, KCRA reported.

Karen is a former labor and delivery nurse-turned-photographer. She told KCRA that babies have been her whole life.

She said the photo shoot was a long time in the making, and that it took her staff and another woman, Valerie Best of Sew Trendy Accessories, who made the gowns to come together to make what she imagined a reality.

The photo shoot took 8 hours and she had originally planned for nine babies, but only six showed up.

She still wants to do a "Frozen"-themed shoot and one inspired by "The Lion King," KCRA reported.
