A Miami Instagram model, who was caught on surveillance video viciously kicking her small dog in an elevator, accepted a plea deal and was sentenced to probation in the 2017 attack, news outlets reported.
Keevonna Wilson, 26, who was facing felony animal cruelty charges, received four years probation and was ordered to pay $600 in court costs, according to WPLG-TV. Wilson also paid more than $2,700 in veterinary bills, agreed not to own pets for three years and took anger management classes.
Wilson was caught attacking the small Shih Tzu-Yorkie mix, repeatedly kicking it in the stomach in the elevator of her Aventura condominium building, when security officials reviewed surveillance tapes.
Wilson reportedly became enraged after the dog urinated in the elevator.

When Miami-Dade Animal Services found the little dog, named Chastity, she had bruises around her stomach area and the outside of her ears, the Miami Herald reported.
In a case that sparked social media outrage, Wilson also gave up ownership of the dog, which was put up for adoption.
Her attorney, Robert Resnick, told the Herald, "She was devastated by this."
“She worked very hard to make this right,” he said.
Wilson also apologized for her behavior and for hurting the small dog in a lengthy social media post.
