Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. announced the criminal indictment Wednesday, less than a week after Weinstein turned himself in to New York police and was arrested on sex crimes charges.

In the class-action lawsuit filed Friday, Melissa Thompson claims Weinstein raped her in his New York hotel room, where she was meeting with him about a marketing idea for his company in 2011, according to CNN.

Thompson also claims two attorneys who have represented Weinstein obtained evidence from her under false pretenses, according to the report.

The two other women named in Friday’s class-action suit accuse Weinstein of sexual assaults that allegedly took place in 1996 and 2000.
