The recall includes all inclined sleeper accessories sold with Ultra-Light Day & Night Play Yards, model numbers CBV60, CHP86, CHR06, CJK24 and DJD11. The model numbers can be found on the fabric label inside the play yards and on the fabric label on the back of the inclined sleeper pad, officials said.

The play yards were sold nationwide from October 2014 to June 2019.

Officials with Fisher-Price said in a statement that the recall is voluntary. It was prompted by "safety concerns raised about inclined sleep products," according to Fisher-Price.

"We initiated this voluntary recall even though there have been no reported injuries or fatalities involving this product," company officials said. "Consumers should stop using the inclined sleeper accessory immediately."

Several infants have died after they rolled over onto their stomachs or sides while using inclined sleep products, officials with CPSC said in a recall notice.

"Consumers should immediately stop using the inclined sleeper accessory and contact Fisher-Price for a refund or voucher," officials said in the notice. "Consumers can continue to use the play yard portion of the product without the inclined sleeper accessory and can also continue to use the changing station clutch accessory and carry bag."
