UPDATE: Service restored to Chase Bank website, app after interruption

Chase Bank’s website and mobile app were hit Tuesday morning with a service outage.

At approximately 12:30 p.m., the company reported service had been restored.

It is unclear what caused the company’s website to go down.

In June 2020, a technical issue caused incorrect balances to be displayed in Chase Bank customers’ checking accounts. App outages were also reported in that incident.
