A man was shot multiple times and killed Thursday night at an apartment complex in southwest Atlanta.

The victim was dead when officers arrived around 11 p.m. at the Royal Oaks Apartments on North Camp Creek Parkway, according to Atlanta police. The complex is located just outside the Perimeter and north of the Camp Creek Marketplace in East Point.

The victim was identified as 43-year-old Jerry Glover, the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office said Saturday.

Homicide investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting, a police spokesman said. Authorities have not said if they have identified any suspects, and no other details were immediately available.
