A 19-year-old Butts County man died Sunday evening in a two-car wreck on Ga. 81 in Henry County.
The wreck happened about 7:15 p.m. Sunday when a 2002 Ford Focus traveling on Jackson Lake Road failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a 2007 Ford Mustang that was eastbound on Ga. 81, Henry County police Lt. Joey Smith said.
The driver of the Focus, George Leo Wilson III of Flovilla, died at the scene, according to Smith.
The 18-year-old driver of the Mustang was taken by ground to Atlanta Medical Center, and a 19-year-old passenger in the Focus was airlifted to Atlanta Medical Center.
Their names and conditions were not available early Monday.
