Last week, one tweep uploaded a photo of Rihanna and Lupita Nyong’o sitting front row at the 2014 Miu Miu fashion show during Paris Fashion Week, and another responded to it with a movie plot that sent the internet into a frenzy.
The tweet read, “Rihanna looks like she scams rich white men and lupita is the computer smart best friend that helps plan the scans.”
The post received nearly 100,000 retweets and more than 200,000 likes, even attracting the attention of the flick’s main actresses.

When Nyong’o got wind of the concept, she made it known that she’d be interested if her castmate Rih Rih would participate.
A couple of days later, the songstress chimed in, too, to give the idea a thumbs up.
But the recruiting process didn’t end there. Black Twitter also called on Issa Rae to write the script and Ava Duvernay to direct it. Turns out they want to take part in the fun, too.

“Black-ish” star Yara Shahidi isn’t one to be left out though. According to the actress, there’s a role for her also.
Later, the Oscar award-winning actress shared an image of some fan art depicting a possible scene from the movie.
No word yet on if the production will actually come to fruition, but the power of Black Twitter is undeniable.
