If you like Zaxby’s enough to punish your body with an hour of non-stop chicken tenders, then 3405 Dallas Highway is the place to be Dec. 6.

That Cobb County outpost of the fast food chicken chain is holding an all-you-can-eat tender night from 5 to 8 p.m., said manager Dustin Mullis.

The cost (besides the one to your stomach) is $13 for adults and $9 for children ages 10 and younger. Contestants can buy tickets at the door for an hour of tender love.

If this sounds familiar, it’s because a Chick-fil-A in Marietta recently held a nugget contest at a Roswell Road store.

There, 270 people consumed 9,900 nuggets — 51 of which by an AJC reporter who gave some nugget tips that could apply to tenders.

By the way, each Zaxby's chicken finger is 100 calories.

Georgia's favorite chicken outlets are also becoming national favorites. The Nation's Restaurant News published a list of the 10 fastest-growing U.S. chains. Chick-fil-A was #5 on the list. Zaxby's ranked #8, up from #10 last year.
