A 5-year-old Loganville boy is being praised for calling 911 when his mother and grandmother fell ill, Channel 2 Action News reported.
"I know how to call 911 because it's just three numbers," kindergartener Caleb Sims told the TV station.
He called Gwinnett County 911 Thursday when his grandmother Kimberly Love and mother, Demetria, were in too much pain to reach the phone, the report said.
"I've never experienced anything like this, and you know, just weak, weakness ... very, very ill," the grandmother said.
Caleb told the operator the sick women's ages, the address and his mother's phone number, and described their symptoms as an ambulance was dispatched.
He even had time to mention to the operator what a good time he'd had at school that day.
The women are home recovering now, though the family isn't sure what caused the illness, the report said.
"It's so great to be a hero because it's like saving people," Caleb told Channel 2.
