Anticipating big crowds for its Summer Concert Series at the Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater, Woodstock has announced a free shuttle service that will allow concert-goers to park outside the downtown area.
The first concert is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 12, with the Swingin’ Medallions. Admission is free.
Six shuttle buses will operate over two routes: Route 1, from the Northside Hospital Towne Lake Parking Deck at 900 Towne Lake Parkway; and Route 2, from Woodstock City Church, 150 Ridgewalk Parkway.
The buses will run from 5 to 11:45 p.m. to and from the Northside Hospital outdoor amphitheater at 101 Arnold Mill Road. The city also has designated an Uber/Lyft drop-off/pick-up location at the Chambers at City Center, 8534 Main St.
