Gwinnett residents hoping to kick off their holiday shopping on Turkey Day are in luck. Both Mall of Georgia and Sugarloaf Mills will open Thanksgiving evening.

Mall of Georgia, located at 3333 Buford Drive, will be open from 6 p.m. until 1 a.m. Nov. 23. The mall re-opens at 6 a.m. for Black Friday.

Some stores will stay open between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m.; shoppers can check the store directory for more information.

Sugarloaf Mills, located at 5900 Sugarloaf Pkwy., will be open from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. Nov. 23 and re-open at 6 a.m. for Black Friday shoppers.
