Early voting for Georgia's presidential primary commenced Monday, and Gwinnett County is expanding early voting in anticipation of a busy election year.

Gwinnett will have early voting at eight locations throughout the county in three elections this year: the presidential primary in March, the general primary in May and the November general election. The county has also expanded hours.

“We know there’s going to be lines,” said Gwinnett Elections Director Lynn Ledford. “We just know it’s going to be a big year.”

Early voting: Advanced voting locations in Gwinnett County

8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, until Feb. 26

(no voting Monday, Feb. 15, county offices closed)

8 a.m.-5  p.m. Saturdays, Feb. 13 and Feb. 20
