By now, you've probably heard about Chick-fil-A's new breakfast item—the Egg White Grill, a breakfast sandwich featuring egg whites, grilled chicken and  American cheese between two English muffins.

It's the Atlanta-based franchise's first new morning item in six years and quite a healthy one at that with only 300 calories and 25 grams of protein, according to a press release.

Starting Monday, July 18, the Egg White Grill will be replacing the spicy chicken biscuit at all franchise locations.
