Most of the county’s farmers markets are seasonal; only the Suwanee Farmers Market runs year-round, though it reduces its frequency to once a month between October and April. The seasonal markets wait until May and June to begin their weekly events.

Local farmers markets sell more than just produce. Vendors sell a variety of items, including pastries, honey, flowers and bread. Many take credit cards as well as cash.

This market has more than 40 weekly vendors. Spread out across the western end of Grant Park, there’s ample space to picnic and shop. Look for local cheese, meats and vegetables, including some grown right in Grant Park.
