A new 15-unit townhome community with prices starting in the low $800s is being built off of Huff Road.

The project, named The Felix West Midtown, was recently announced by Miller Lowry Developments. The location at Huff Road and Earnest Street is in walking distance to Westside Provisions and will have direct access to the future extension of the Beltline, a press release said.

The homes, ranging from 2,500 to 3,000 square feet, will be three to four stories with three to four bedrooms. Each unit will include a two-car garage, elevators and a rooftop terrace with “unobstructed views,” the statement said.

Miller Lowry of Miller Lowery Developments said the goal is to “bring a distinctive townhome community to a market that is significantly lacking” in such places.

“The Felix West Midtown offers everything today’s intown buyers are looking for, from its modern design to its unique rooftop terraces, to its accessibility to West Midtown’s greatest attractions,” Lowry said in a statement.

West Midtown has a seen a major resurgence over the past five years due to "new development spurring its continued growth and popularity among homebuyers," said Christa Huffstickler, CEO of Engel & Völkers Atlanta, which is handling the sales and marketing of the community. New condo, apartment and mixed-use developments planned nearby include Seven88 West Midtown near Terminal West, Broadstone Yards next to the popular Westside Provisions District and The Interlock at the 14th Street and Howell Mill Road intersection.

“These 15 homes are truly unique with design features like rooftop terraces and walkability to Atlanta’s hottest district, so we believe homebuyers will be extremely interested this boutique project,” she said in the news release.

The Felix West Midtown is slated for completion in October 2019. Townhomes are now available for presale through Engel & Völkers Atlanta.
