State Representative Dar’shun Kendrick (D-Lithonia), along with Senator Gloria Butler (D-Stone Mountain) and Gwinnett County Board of Education Member Everton Blair, will host a town hall meeting to discuss transportation and economic development in Gwinnett at 6 p.m. Jan. 9 at the Centerville Community Center, 3025 Bethany Church Road in Snellville.
Rep. Kendrick will be joined by Chairwoman Charlotte Nash from the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners. Chairwoman Nash and Colleen Kiernan with MARTA will give a joint presentation on the MARTA contract in Gwinnett. Other guests include Colleen Kiernan with MARTA and Mark Foote with The Centerville Business Association.
