The Norcross City Council has approved a zoning change to allow the construction of three new single-family homes on Holcomb Bridge Road across from the intersection with Queens Court. The site is currently being used for two rental properties constructed in 1983. The developer proposes access to the homes be through a shared driveway to minimize driveway cuts from three to one along Holcomb Bridge Road. Each new home will have an average lot size of 17,241 square feet. Prior to construction, the developer will provide architectural and complete site development plans for approval.
