*Ga. 120 East at Ga. 316 was experienced a bottleneck of 1.98 miles as of 3:30 p.m.
*U.S. 78 west at Brand Road/Old Loganville Road near Loganville was jammed about 1.36 miles
*Drivers on Ga. 124 at U.S. 78 near Snellville were backed up for just over a mile.
