Sugar Hill officials will conduct a public open house on the city’s city’s Comprehensive Plan update 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 15 at City Hall, 5039 West Broad St. The comprehensive plan is a general guide for municipal processes, programming, policy and budgeting. It will typically cast a vision to which the community aspires for the next five to ten years.
Sugar Hill’s plan is being drafted by a steering committee made up of community members, the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Department of Community Affairs, as well as city staff and will be brought forward to the city council for adoption in Jan.
