On Tuesday, Clayton and Fayette communities will distribute food to families in their area for a second day while Henry County will begin handing out meals on Wednesday.

In Fayette County, pick-up lunch meals are being distributed in the bus lanes at Spring Hill and North Fayette elementary schools between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., the district said. Families are asked to stay in their cars so that the meals can be passed through windows. Eating on site is prohibited.

In Clayton County, officials are distributing breakfast meals from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. They can be picked up at 10 schools: Edmonds Elementary, Jackson Elementary, Lake Ridge Elementary, Eddie White Academy, Rex Mill Middle, Kendrick Middle School, North Clayton Middle, Forest Park High, Mundy's Mill High and Riverdale High.

Henry plans to begin distribution of lunch at four schools on Wednesday. Meals can be picked up between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Locust Grove Elementary, Hampton Middle, McDonough Middle and Stockbridge Middle.
