South Cobb lawmakers hold town hall Thursday

A town hall meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Ron Anderson Recreation Center, 3820 Macedonia Road, Powder Springs by State Sen. Michael “Doc” Rhett, D-Marietta, and State Rep. David Wilkerson, D-Austell.

They want to hear residents’ thoughts on such topics as funding for transportation and its infrastructure, religious freedoms and creation of Opportunity School Districts.
