The Mall of Georgia is holding an event featuring superheroes and face painting to celebrate the opening of its new indoor play area.
The play area officially opens with the Aug. 3 event. The installation includes a crawl path, spring-loaded mushrooms and a “jungle walk with moving pods,” according to a mall press release.

The event kicks off at 11 a.m. with a ribbon cutting. Wonder Woman, Black Panther and Captain America will be in attendance, and there will also be a superhero-themed photobooth. Kids can get their face painted and take home a balloon animal of their choice.
The first 300 kids at the event will receive a goody bag and a superhero cape. The event lasts until 1 p.m., and is sponsored by Sephora and Karate Atlanta Suwanee.
