The Riverdale City Council will discuss a housing authority resolution vote 7 p.m. Monday at Riverdale City Hall, 7200 Church St. The issue is that the Clayton County Housing Authority needs to operate within city limits in order to issue bonds to complete development projects.

Another agenda item is acceptance of Adams Drive/Bankers Walk property, which will be transferred to the city if approved by the council. The council will discuss the details of the property transfer.

The council will also discuss authorizing Council Member Stamps-Jones to allocate funds from her Special Event Account to the Krystal Williams Foundation, a local charity that operates within Riverdale.
