Powder Springs will spend $123,621 on landscaping.

The Powder Springs City Council voted 5-0 on May 18 to approve contracts with LandCare USA and Allstar Landscaping.

The city has an existing agreement with LandCare USA for grounds maintenance and landscaping at various locations throughout the city - renewable for three one-year terms, with this term being the last with no fee increase.

That annual cost is $75,021.

To Allstar Landscaping, the city will pay $48,600, also representing no fee increase.

These contracts will cover Fiscal Year 2021 from July 1 to June 30, 2021.
