There was a biology lesson spotted roaming outside an Alpharetta elementary school Wednesday morning.
Alpharetta police tweeted at 9 a.m. that a bear was seen walking along a trail behind Lake Windward Elementary, 11770 E. Fox Court.
Police ask that you call 911 if you see the bear.
It isn't clear if this is the same bear seen swimming in Lake Windward in July.
The state Department of Natural Resources and wildlife officials have been notified, police said.

"They aren't interested in us and our lives," Melissa Cummings, a spokeswoman with the wildlife division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, said when bear sightings began in mid-April.
According to BearWise, male bears have home ranges of up to 300 square miles, but for female bears it's usually no more than 50 square miles.

1. Don’t feed or approach bears
2. Secure food, garbage and recycling
3. Remove bird feeders and loose bird feed this time of year
4. Don’t leave pet food outdoors
5. Clean and store grills
6. Alert neighbors to bear activity
