Northside Hospital, made up of three facilities in Atlanta, Cherokee and Forsyth, was recently ranked among Comparably.com's companies with the best 2019 outlook.

The workplace culture site recently released its Best Outlook Awards 2019 , which is decided by a combination of employee ratings based on outlook (how they feel about their company's future) and employee net promoter score (how likely employees are to recommend their company to others).

Comparably’s analysis is divided in two lists, one for large companies of 500-plus employees and another for small or mid-sized companies. Both lists feature 50 notable businesses.

Northside Hospital, one of the fastest growing health care organizations in the region, ranked 17th among the list of 50 large companies along with five other Georgia-based ones: Insight Global (No. 4); The Home Depot (No. 21); Delta Air Lines (No. 29); Aflac (No. 33) and Chick-fil-A (No. 38).

According to Comparably, the organization has an A+ score in company culture and has previously ranked best culture and best company for women. Employees overwhelmingly report “how excited they are to work for a secure company with a strong future so that they can continue to provide high quality care for patients,” Comparably CEO Jason Nazar said in a news release.
