It’s back to work and school today in North Fulton.

Expect to begin the week with “unseasonably warm” temperatures, said Channel 2 meteorologist Brian Monahan.

Tuesday’s high is expected to reach 88, and rain chances should remain low throughout the week.

While Tropical Storm Gordon churns toward the Gulf Coast, metro Atlanta and North Fulton are not expected to see the effects of the storm’s downpours.

While enjoying the warm temps and dry weather, drivers should also expect more traffic on the roads. Tuesday marks the unofficial start of traffic season in Atlanta.
