A new townhome community has been introduced in East Atlanta, about a mile from a to-be-developed part of the Atlanta Beltline corridor.

Heights at Grant Park offers three- and four-bedroom townhomes starting from the low $300,000s, Engel & Volkers Buckhead Atlanta and Atlanta-based Rockhaven Homes announced Monday.

The website lists available homes on Heights Park Drive, which is just outside the Grant Park neighborhood near Moreland Avenue.

Engel & Volkers President and CEO Shirley Gary touted the location’s potential, saying in a statement that the Beltline has “brought a surge of homebuyers looking for high-quality new homes in East Atlanta.”

Floorplans include kitchens with quartz counters, hardwood floors, patios and two-car garages with driveways. Schools near the three-level townhomes include Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School and Drew Charter School.

The 30 homes are slated for completion in late May.
