The cajun restaurant at 2038 Duluth Highway, near Sugarloaf Mills, is looking for about 80 back-of-house and 175 front-of-house employees, said general manager Steven Carden. There’s no set date for the restaurant’s opening, but Carden said he is hoping that day will come sometime in April.
