Lawrenceville’s newest barbecue restaurant is about to open downtown.

Foggy Bottom BBQ’s location on Lawrenceville’s downtown square will start serving customers at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 20. This is the restaurant’s second location; the original Foggy Bottom BBQ has been open in Loganville since 2012.

The restaurant started construction at its W. Crogan Street space six months ago. The restaurant’s owners have since added a large covered porch and renovated the interior.

Foggy Bottom will carry over many of its beloved menu items, including Brunswick stew and Texas-style smoked brisket, to the new location. You can get your barbecue fix at 202 W. Crogan St. in Lawrenceville.
