Falafel slathered with hummus and a rosewater lemonade to drink doesn’t sound like mall food, but it’s about to be.

Bezoria, a metro Atlanta fast-casual eatery serving Middle Eastern fare, is opening its third location in Cumberland Mall.

There is no official opening date, according to a press release, but it is slated to open at the end of April.

Its menu includes Eastern Mediterranean staples like shawarma and kefta (the Moroccan spelling for kafta, which is ground meat done kebab-style).

There are also non-meat options like falafel and the vegan sampler — in addition to fries and baklava, which you don’t have to be vegan to enjoy.

Along with the rosewater lemonade, they also bottle at the store berry an apricot ginger tea and a hibiscus tea.

The other two locations are in Midtown and Alpharetta at Atwater across from Avalon.
