A DeKalb County grand jury has indicted two men in the alleged abduction and sexual assault of a 12-year-old boy who was walking home after missing the school bus.
The 24-count indictment against 39-year-old Kelvin Armstrong and 47-year-old Kevin Walker includes charges of aggravated child molestation, false imprisonment, reckless conduct for an HIV-infected person.
According to a news release, the victim was grabbed and forced into a Buford Highway apartment in Brookhaven in late January.

“Once inside the apartment, the child was threatened and then sexually assaulted by two men who later left him there before fleeing the scene in a vehicle,” the news release said. “The child quickly escaped and ran to the leasing office for help.”
Authorities didn’t release how Armstrong and Walker were identified as suspects.
Both men remain in the county jail without bond, just as they have been since their arrests around the beginning of February.
