  • Academy Sports + Outdoors: 10% discount in-store and online for former and current members of the military, plus spouses and first responders between May 12 and May 27.
  • Best Buy: Up to 40% off select major appliances plus $100 gift card with qualifying purchases
  • Bloomingdale's: Up to 70% off when you get an extra 20% off all sale and clearance items through Memorial Day

  • Urban Outfitters: $10 off $50 purchases; $25 off $100 purchases and $50 off $150 purchases on Memorial Day

Food

  • Applebee's: Past and present military members get 15% off meals during May at select locations. Please call your nearest restaurant.
  • Fogo de Chao: Active and retired military receive 50% off meals and up to three guests receive 10% off their meals.
  • Hooters: Veterans and active personnel receive a complimentary meal this Memorial Day. More about the offer here.
  • Maggiano's: $2 mimosas at weekend brunch
  • McCormick & Schmick's: Gold Star parents and their spouses; veterans and active members of the military and National Guard get a complimentary lunch or dinner on Memorial Day.
  • Outback Steakhouse: All veterans and active duty members receive 20% off the check through May 28.

  • Atlanta Jazz Festival: Free all month long with special Memorial Day performances at Piedmont Park
  • 32nd Atlanta Caribbean Carnival: The May 24-27 parade near Selena S. Butler Park is free and open to all.
  • Carnival Cruise Lines: Armed forces members eligible for special promotion with up to $50 onboard credit per stateroom, complimentary upgrade and reduced deposits. Valid for bookings made between May 22 and May 31.
  • World of Coca-Cola: Active and reserve members of the U.S. Armed Forces plus retirees receive complimentary admission for next available entry and 10% off photo package.
