The Lilburn Community Improvement District (CID) is seeking professional support to improve one of Highway 29’s busiest sections. The CID is accepting qualifications from consultants to create a detailed plan for improving the roadway, bicycle and pedestrian environment along four miles of Highway 29 from Rockbridge Road to Ronald Reagan Parkway.
