The Lilburn City Council recently approved a contract with BM&K, and subcontractors, in an amount not to exceed $777,189 for the construction of a new restroom facility in Lilburn City Park.

The new facility will feature a total of five toilets, eight urinals and five sinks in the men’s room and 16 toilets and five sinks in the women’s room. Each restroom has a separate ADA compliant restroom as well as a family restroom. This project will be funded 50 percent with SPLOST/Recreation funds and 50 percent with the city’s Capital Projects Fund.
