Kindezi School to lease old Walter White Elementary

The Atlanta school board OKed a plan to allow the Kindezi School lease the former Walter White Elementary School on 1890 Detroit Avenue, NW. The charter school's lease is for three years beginning July 1 with two five-year renewal options. Kindezi, which opened as a charter in 2010-11, will be responsible for all utilities, maintenance, capital improvements, operating expenses, and insurance requirements for the facility.
