Applications for the Kennesaw Farmers Market are now available and, for the first time, online.

Submission of an application does not guarantee a vendor space at the market.

The market manager will contact applicants to let them know if an application is approved.

Market fees are assessed after application approval.

Fees are $120 for a full-season vendor who prepays for a full season with commitment to attend each week.

Weekly walk-in vendors pay $5 for a one-time application fee and a $15 weekly rate when space is available.

This season of the Kennesaw Farmers Market will begin 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on May 6 and continue each Monday through Aug. 26 near Depot Park in downtown Kennesaw.

The market will be closed on May 27 for Memorial Day and July 1 for the week of Independence Day.

Other than the two holiday closings, the market is a rain-or-shine event - unless hazardous conditions require cancellation or early closure.
