In the 1990s, the best way to get a prize with your McDonald’s meal was to go there and get a Happy Meal.

But it’s the 2010s. Now, the prizes come to you.

On July 19, anyone who places a McDonald's order of at least $5 via Uber Eats — in addition to the delivery fee — will receive a free, random and nostalgia-inducing gift. It's all part of the second global "McDelivery Day," which begins at 10:30 a.m. Check the list of participating restaurants here.

The gifts come from the company's "Throwback Collection" of '90s-inspired items. They include bandannas, denim jackets, track pants, fanny packs and different styles of T-shirts, crewneck sweatshirt, pins and socks. Also, the recent invention of PopSockets.

Of course, the deal is only valid while supplies last.

The collection is not for sale, and is only available on McDelivery Day — with the exception of this Saturday, when a pop-up event will be held from noon to 2 p.m. at the McDonald’s at 526 Ponce de Leon Ave. People will have the chance to win gift cards and be entered into a drawing to get items from the collection before it’s officially available five days later.

The Ponce restaurant is operated by John Palmaccio, who owns 10 locations in metro Atlanta.

Last year, Uber Eats delivered more than 2 million individual chicken nuggets, 80,000 Big Macs and 120,000 orders of fries (not counting those that come in meals) in Atlanta, a press release said. The most popular items in the city are fries, hash browns and cheeseburgers.
