The Holly Springs Police Department will bring information about its T.R.A.C.E. crime-prevention program to Zone 2 residents and businesses in a meeting 6 p.m. Sept. 12 at the Harbor Creek Clubhouse.

Teamwork Results Accountability Communication Enforcement seeks to build partnerships between the police and the community.

The program takes a pro-active approach to crime fighting by focusing prevention and enforcement efforts on recent crime trends, as indicated by analysis and community input, and working with residents and business owners to prevent crime and address issues of concern.

Zone 2 takes in the area along Holly Springs Parkway from Marietta Highway to Hickory Road, the east side of Palm Street from Hickory to Old Magnolia Way, and Hickory to New Light Road.
