Here’s why all DeKalb libraries will be closed Thursday

To complete the transition to a new catalog system, all DeKalb County public library branches will be closed on Thursday.
Also, no library materials are due from May 19 to June 1. No late fees will be charged during the same period.
The new catalog system is called Polaris. Library officials call it “new and improved” from the old system.
