Nothing says summer vacation like warm weather and the opening of amusement parks. And for students in metro Atlanta schools, the last day of school is almost here.

Most Georgia schools operate on a 180-day calendar. Many districts adjusted their calendars to fit in make-up days for school missed during tropical and snow storms earlier in the school year,

Still, the last day of school for most metro Atlanta school systems will be between Wednesday, May 23 and Friday, May 25.

  • Fayette County Schools: May 25
  • Fulton County Schools: May 24
  • Gwinnett County Schools: May 23
  • Henry County Schools: May 25
  • Marietta City Schools: May 25
