For another year, Gwinnett County’s largest elementary school is in Lawrenceville.
Jackson Elementary School had the highest enrollment in Gwinnett County Public Schools’ start-of-year count, coming in at 1,492 students, according to district documents. Cooper Elementary School in Loganville clocked in at second place with 1,423 students.

Lilburn Elementary School came in third with 1,396 students, followed by Chattahoochee Elementary School with 1,388. Alcova Elementary School rounded out the top five with 1,383 students.
Gwinnett County Public Schools will conduct its last back-to-school enrollment count for the 2018-19 school year after Labor Day weekend.
