A downtown Norcross park and two surrounding streets will be closed Friday for the TV show “Greenleaf” to be filmed.

Thrasher Park, Buchanan Street and Thrasher Street will be closed all day on June 28. The show, which airs on OWN, has filmed in Norcross multiple times. The city shut down portions of Barton Street in May for "Greenleaf" to film as well.

Thrasher and Buchanan streets border the park. Only the portions bordering the park will be closed for filming, according to the city. No significant traffic interruptions are expected, and police will be monitoring the closed roads.

Thrasher Park will be open as usual the next day, when Norcross' first Pride celebration is planned to take place.
