Each year, the Gwinnett Coalition of Health and Human Services releases a "holiday wish list" that spells out the needs of its partner nonprofits.

Find below the 2016 edition of the wish list, which includes a few items that each agency is in dire need of this Christmas season.

"Right now, thousands of families in Gwinnett County are struggling to provide daily meals for their children. Many more lack basic household necessities such as toilet paper or cleaning products," the Gwinnett Coalition's website said.

"During the holidays, these needs can often increase as children are out of school and cannot take part in free/reduced food programs and families rely more on our local nonprofits, food ministries and cooperatives."
