Gwinnett County Commissioner Ben Ku will meet with Berkeley Lake residents for an informal opportunity to discuss county issues at 5 p.m. April 12 at Starbucks, 4895 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. in Berkeley Lake.

Ku was elected in Nov. 2018 to the District 2 Post. He is a Georgia native whose grandfather was an engineer who helped design the MARTA rail. He was and is a proponent of bringing rapid transit to Gwinnett. Other issues of concern to the commissioner include diverse representation, affordable housing, equitable distribution of resources, safety and communication.
