A CiCi’s Pizza in Gwinnett County failed its Jan. 17 health inspection after an employee handled food with bare hands.

The Norcross pizza buffet received a 65/U on the inspection, falling below its previous scores, 90/A and 75/C, both in February 2016.

The failing report also cited the restaurant for keeping pizza sauce at too low a temperature and failing to mark pizzas with the time they were made. Employees were also cited for wearing watches and FitBits, which is not allowed.

All violations were corrected on-site while the inspection occurred. Re-inspections generally occur within 10 days of failing inspections.

A CiCi’s manager had no comment when contacted Wednesday morning.
