Cameras have been following Gwinnett County homicide detectives for more than a year; soon, you'll be able to see them at work in the first episode of A&E's "First 48."

The documentary crime show follows police agencies across the countries in the first 48 hours of a homicide investigation. That time frame is considered critical in homicide investigations.
