Graffiti mars West Forsyth High School

Forsyth County schools spokeswoman Jennifer Caracciolo told the AJC the graffiti stretches from one side of the school to the other.

Many students checked out of school early Friday because of one scrawled message said "y'all will die at 10:45."

Forsyth County Sheriff school resource officer T. Hamrick was posted at the front door of the school Friday.

Vehicles also were targeted.

Some graffiti included vulgar words, with the names of some administrative staffers, the spokeswoman said.
